Updating the phrase

"Here today, Gone tomorrow"

With a focus on sustainability.

Gone Tomorrow, a brand that was designed to help farms to reduce food waste and help local restaurants.

​

15% of veg is lost before it leaves the farm. This surplus ,that often doesn't reach supermarket shelves, would be sent to local restaurants at discounted prices in order to reduce food waste, help local restaurants and give consumers peace of mind.

Implementation

Stickers would be provided for restaurants that collaborate with the Gone Tomorrow brand.

Green Stickers indicates the restaurant uses 100% overflow UK produce.

​

Grey stickers indicate a partial use of uk overflow produce.

An app would also provide a list of the items sourced from farms and the distance they've travelled to arrive on their plate.

Or consumers can simply scan the accompanying QR code to find a website that displays the same information.
